My first steps
In the outskirts of an ancient town in Puglia there once was a refugee camp. Campo profughi di Altamura was by built by the British during the second world war. The first inhabitants were captured German and Italian soldiers. Today, there is not much left of the camp, only some empty houses, ruins and watchtowers. I'm back! Here is the place where my feet first met the ground. It's been a long way, and still is.Barra Barra
